Sipzz provides a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects, fully aligned with our Shopee and TikTok Shop warranty policy.
Your warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty insulation performance
- Structural or functional issues not caused by misuse
Your warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse
- Discolouration due to washing habits or detergents
- Loss of parts (straw, lid, gasket)
- Damage from putting into dishwashers (if stated as hand-wash only)
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps on your Shopee or TikTok order page under the "Return/Refund" section.
Please attach the following:
- Order ID
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
